Lenham Flight-Forming Machines
Lenham Flight-Forming Machines offer high speed performance and are designed to provide commercial production of a wide range of continuous helicoid fighting. Robust construction ensures complete reliability and they are suitable for non-stop 24 hour per day working.
All five models are easy to set up and operate and maintenance is minimal. They have efficient, multiple speed drives with hydraulic power-assisted controls on larger models. Continuous helicoid fighting in any desired length can be rolled.
Mild steel raw material can be rolled in thicknesses from 2mm up to 12mm and in strip widths from 20mm up to 204mm
Flighting outside diameters can range from 80mm to 800mm
Motor powers range from 11kw up to 55kw
All new machine installations and operator training programmes are under supervision of a Lenham engineer.
